Often seen with skates on his feet, Jacob is a life long skater turned product developer and plays a collective part with Helen on developing the echo brand and products. Primarily working on the technical product details, nerdy tech development, marketing, team riders, and events.

Artist and Designer, Helen is responsible for the creative direction of the brand.  She played a part in developing the product design alongside Jacob, whilst also creating the brand visual identity, from packaging to marketing material, and all that good stuff in between, including the now iconic pigeon.
